Put a tick “Private” near the E-mail of a contact person when you fill in “Contact Persons” section in “Company Visit Card”.

In “Private Visit Card” the tick is put by failure to mention.

After this, the E-mail of a contact person in “Company Visit Card” will be hidden under the link “Send E-mail”. Have a look how it looks like in the Catalogue:

• At the page “Contact Us” in your “Company Visit Card”. ((L362))
• At your “Private Visit Card”. ((L363))
• In the general list of users. ((L364))

After this, the visitors of our Catalogue will not be able to see your E-mail and include it into the list of circulars.

Any visitor will be able to send you a letter just by clicking on the link “Send E-mail” and getting on the form "Send E-mail".

When a message is sent you will receive it in the following form View Random Example.

You will be able to receive the above-mentioned messages only from the registered users of the Catalogue. It goes without saying that any user can send you a message. Although, only you are responsible for your final decision after you received an information from a sender ((086)).
