Started in 1976 as a sole proprietor to service the marine electronics industry, Jason Electronics (Pte) Ltd was later incorporated into a private limited company in 1978. The Company is now established under the Jason Group of Companies comprising JE Holdings, Jason Electronics and Jason Engineering & Trading with diversified activities in properties holdings, marine electronics and office automation. Jason Electronics initially established herself, for more than 2 decades, as an organization providing sales and service of the many different types of marine electronic products from many different suppliers. The Company has always recognized that much greater growth can be achieved as an exclusive distributor for quality products coupled with a strong sales and service force within the organization. Periodically, our engineers are sent overseas for training conducted by our manufacturers to improve their specialized skills. With this vision in mind, the Company has embarked on a vigorous two-pronged drive to acquire agencies of quality marine electronics equipment and to establish herself as one of the leading suppliers in highly sophisticated electronics equipment since 1979. The Company is now recognized as one of the leading marketers of quality products in the marine industry in the South East Asian region. While the Company is consolidating herself as one of the leading supplier in the marine electronics industry, she is always keen to further improve the Company's overall performance by adding new agencies and product lines into her marketing organization.
