Deep BV acquired the assets of Seabed Technology BV in December. The acquisition includes all rights of the production, sale and development of the Seabed equipment. The existing stock, the ready made products and (spare)parts are also acquired, together with the technical department and office inventory. As of January the 5th we shall continue the activities under the name Seabed BV. You will come across new and familiar faces and will notice dynamic improvements in the products and our service.
