Welcome to the C.C. Jensen Casting Division Traditional craftsmanship walks hand in hand with modern technology in the Metal Casting Division. We maintain the established sand moulding technique and add modern production and development technology. As early as 1990 C.C.Jensen A/S introduced computer assisted simulation of casting processes in order to find the optimum casting method and today the company has a leading position within that area. C.C.Jensen A/S has been making ship propeller castings since the mid 1970's and is approved by the international classification companies as supplier of classed propeller castings, supplied in alloy DS3001-5716 (aluminum - bronze) and DS3001-5256 (manganese - brass). Casting up to 2,500 kg can be supplied in a variety of aluminum and copper alloys. Consistency and solidity form the conceptual base of the Danish family owned company of C.C.Jensen A/S, established in 1953. In the beginning the company was manufacturing lubrication oil filters for marine engines. Later a metal foundry and a ship windows producing facility were acquired. Three divisions were formed. Filter Division Window Division Casting Division Since the start the company has expanded continuously, within its core business areas. Licensed production of CJC filter products was established in Germany in 1950 and in Japan in 1965. The close connection with the maritime industry made the C.C.Jensen Group an internationally oriented company right from the beginning more than 50 years ago.
