Acting as portagent reliable partner of owner/charterer and master - means: to submit detailed particulars of ports and terminals to owner/charterer and vessel to inform ship s reporting service, authorities,suppliers and all parties concerned in relevant shipment as well as to coordinate pilotage, tug boat assistance, boatmen and all other relevant services to organize and coordinate supply of fresh-water, provisions and stores, spare parts, luboil, bunkers, etc. as well as the performance of repairs, maintenances, inspections, medical care for crew and crew change (incl. Passports- and visa arrangements) As mediator between our principals and all parties concerned in relevant shipments we ensure for a smooth first class service.
