Dear Sir, Madam, We are pleased to introduce our company to you by means of this webpage. Airpack Nederland B.V. is a Dutch based company active all over the world. Our main activities are manufacturing air and gas compressor packages, air and gas dryer packages and nitrogen generator packages, over 5000 packages already. Reference list We are not simply a supplier of this equipment, which you have to assemble in the field for which skilled and expensive personnel is required. No, we make packages according to your requirements, which you only have to hook up on your system. Only one push on the button and our package will work completely automatically. No calibration of instruments, mounting of separate standby - main compressor, dryer, auto control, annunciators and/or airreceivers are required. We design, manufacture and test all installations completely according to customers specifications and international high standards. COMPRESSOR PACKAGES Our compressor program consists of screw and piston compressors. Vertically for small capacities, horizontally for large capacities. The compressor(s) on the package will be driven via a coupling, gearbox or V-belt by an electric motor, diesel engine or turbine. Accessories like oil- and aircoolers (forced by cooled air or watercooled), oil- and waterpumps, oil- and air filters in duplex or single configuration in all possible constructions, pressure vessels, separators, pulsation dampers, control panels, PLC, instruments, valves etc. can be applied in all materials, types and makes available in the market. All compressor packages built on heavy duty skids can be engineered and manufactured fully according to clients specifications and we offer optionally stainless steel, explosion proof and earthquake proof variants. Airpack has several available compressors types like: Oil free piston compressors which have very low maintenance costs; Lubricated piston compressors and oil flooded screw compressors which can be offered with an air purification unit to make the air totally oilfree before entering the dryer; Oil free screw compressor packages which are upcoming in the compressor industry; Booster compressor packages.
