Pekao Cargo operates in Poland as the customs broker and forwarding agent specialized in air, sea and road transportation since February 1993. The office in Warsaw located on new Air Cargo Terminal was established by Pekao Trading Company from Toronto Canada in May 1993. Successful financial results of the year allowed to open in March 1996 Pekao Cargo division for maritime transportation at the sea port of Gdynia. The company grew consequently widering the list of the serious customers. Therefore at the beginning of 1997 it was necessary to open own bonded warehouse and additional offices at the new Air Forwarding Center. Early February 1998 Pekao Cargo was invited by The considerable scandinavian forwarder - ASG Air & Sea to be their worldwide network partner. It happened suddenly that in April 1999 The network has changed its structure and name due to changes which airsed in the ownership. As the result of decission the new network was created in January 2000. Its name is: "WIN" - Worldwide Independent Network. Today the network joins forwarding companies from 60 countries and has the modern IT / IDA software, enabling easy acces to the track and trace option for the members and their customers.
