A/S is a private owned Danish shipping company with headquarters in Holte, north of Copenhagen and headed by Mr. Peter Knudsen. It was founded in 1947 as a shipbroking company but in 1976 the company changed hands and the new management embarked upon an era as owners, managers, contractors and timecharter operators. The company has specialized in tramp trade on a global basis, employing multipurpose geared/heavy-geared tween-deckers, and has rapidly become known in the market for its high quality personal service, which is both flexible and reliable.
