Scan-Consult Co. Ltd has been established in 1989. We have been one of the first private forwarding companies founded after Poland voted for market economy. (The change of Poland's political system took place). We are founders and active members of Polish International Freight Forwarders Association. The total of the Company's equity is held by Polish shareholders. Within eleven years of its business activity the Company has worked out for itself a strong and stable position on the forwarding services market. For years Scan-Consult has been the second market-player when judged at the number of containers handled. Our business does focus on business consulting, servicing international "door to door" transportation as well as customs agency services. Most of our staff are young and ambitious graduates of Gdansk and Gdynia universities enjoying support of their older colleagues with large business experience. Our Customs Agency, Scan-Cel Partnership, is acting under licence no. 373 issued by the President of the Customs. It has been established in order to offer You a wider range of services connected with the forwarding business. We offer You the full range of customs services as: - customs consulting, - completing customs formalities in Gdansk and Gdynia, - depositing securities to cover customs debts and tax dues as well as customs transit, - lodging appeals against Customs authorities.
