Calmarine offers its services to Ship Owners, Ship Operators and Brokers worldwide operating in different kinds of trade including tankers, car carriers, reefers, container ships, dredgers, drilling ships and rigs, yachts and research vessels. Our services range from cargo handling to bunkering; from waste disposal to laundry service; from customs clearance to cash to master. We also take care of pilotage and berthing arrangements, as well as crew changes and tug boat service in/outside port. Calmarine represents some of the more important international shipping companies from a number of European and Asian countries and the USA, as well as dredging companies from Belgium, China, Italy and The Netherlands. Calmarine has been registering vessels under the Maltese Flag for several years, after first registering Maltese Limited Companies specifically for this purpose. A vessel is registered provisionally for the first six months. Full registration will follow after all relevant documentation is completed. Malta's geographical position puts this little island on the major Mediterranean trade routes. This made it necessary to establish a strong shipping infrastructure.
