Anti-corrosion works on concrete and steel surfaces cover: sand-blasting steel surfaces of corrosion and old paint layers to S.A. ? 2.5 cleanness class (Swedish standard) hydrodynamic removing of corrosion from steel surfaces with the help of a high-pressure hydromonitor with working pressure of 800 bar spray-painting of steel surfaces with all kinds of paints removing dirt, cement grout, etc. from concrete surfaces with the help of a hydromonitor with working pressure of 700 bar removing concrete layers (corroded, cracked) of 5 ? 30 mm thickness with working pressure of 950 bar preparing surfaces for gunite removing surface concrete layer together with insulation with working pressure of 1100 bar cleaning elevations (plaster, brick, etc.) with working pressure of 600 bar unclogging and cleaning pipelines of 50 ? 1000 mm diameters with working pressure of 800 bar The above-mentioned works are performed mainly on floating vessels in shiprepair yards and also on industrial and engineering constructions (bridges, overpasses, tanks, etc.) Surfaces are cleaned with the help of a sand-blast method or a high-pressure hydromonitor (up to 1200 bar) and then covered with protective paint. The above-mentioned works are performed with the help of the Company?s professional devices, i.e. ATLAS COPCO compressors feeding sand-blast and painting units, 2- and 4-stand sand spreaders and GRACO and WIWA painting units. Hydroblasting is performed with the help of a WOMA hydromonitor with the max pressure of 1200 bar and flow capacity up to 130 l/min. Hydroblasting is as effective as sand blasting but at the same time more environmentally friendly, as the environment is not contaminated with dust characteristic for sand blasting. Dusting is not recommended or even forbidden in some places, e.g. in ship and industrial engine rooms. New types of anticorrosion paints and lacquer can be applied on both water- and dry-cleaned surfaces. Collection, transport and utilization of oiled water and petroleum-derivative products. Comal Ltd
