Holmes, has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of marine agency, ship brokerage, freight forwarding, crewing, immigration and customs in Canada. He has held senior management positions with major ship agencies and container lines in both Montreal and Halifax. He has managed supply vessels, provided project management, and negotiated the purchase, sale and charter of vessels in addition to liaison with government, crewing and procurement.
