The company is located at nautical mile 39.5 on the right bank of the Danube, upstream of Tulcea, and it is one of the youngest Romanian firms in the field. It has a large covered hall where four ships can be built simultaneously, and a hall for building parts of hulls or metallic constructions. Its 2,400 trained personnel, whose capability and flexibility have given the company an excellent reputation, are ready to give their full attention. Its history dates back in 1975 and was marked by a series of milestones in its development. The shipyard is located in Tulcea town on the right bank of river Danube at the gates of Danube Delta.
