Sensitivity We promote an ethical attitude towards other people, their feelings and needs. 14 November 1990 Mr. Georgi Bonin establishes Bon Marine as a shipping and brokerage agency. 1991 Bon Marine starts time-chartering vessels and moving considerable quantities of grain. 1993 The company secures numerous long-term contracts, including Texaco, British Gas, Union Pacific, Diamond Offshore and becomes Bulgaria s premier company in offshore drilling. Logistics. 1994 The Company acquires its own storage and warehouse facilities. 1994 Bon Marine builds a small terminal for discharging tankers in "Lesport" (one of the ports of Varna). 1995 Bon Marine moves to its own modern office building in the business quarter of Varna. 1996 The Company introduces liner and container operations to its growing range of services and becomes the exclusive agent of the prestigious "Evergreen Marine Corporation". 1996 The Company starts wholesaling lubricants and motor oils. 1997 A Ship Management and Chartering Department is founded, starting with the full management of a 3000 tonne vessel. 1998 A 5000 tonne vessel is added to the managed fleet. 1999 The Chartering Department is registered as a subsidiary under the name of BM Chart. 2000 A newly-built, six-storey building, adjacent to the Head office, is commissioned. The office space is intended for company use, with additional space to let. 2001 Separation of the liner activity under the name of Bon Marine Shipping Agency. 2003 Logistics support is provided for the construction of an underwater pipeline. 2004 The company introduces a holding structure and management is decentralized to the five subsidiary companies. Number of employees 44 Management Body Board of directors George Bonin Executive Director, Member of the Board of Directors Date and place of birth: 17. 09.49, Plovdiv, Bulgaria After graduating from the French Language School, Varna, Mr Bonin attended the Naval Academy, Varna, where he gained the qualifications of Watchkeeping Officer and Navigation Equipment Engineer. After 17 years at Navigation Maritime Bulgare, including 4 years as their representative in Italy, he founded Bon Marine S.A. in 1990. Emil Kaikamdjozov Mr. Emil Kaikamdjozov, a Bulgarian citizen born in 1964, graduated from the Naval Academy in Varna in 1987 with a Masters degree. He received his Diploma in Management from the Open University, UK, in 2004. Mr. Kaikamdjozov has been a Managing Director of Bon Marine Shipping Agency since its incorporation in 2001. He became a member of the Board of Directors of Bon Marine Holding in 2003, and is responsible for the group's corporate identity, ISO certification, advertising, training and new project development. During his career he has had experience as deck officer in the commercial fleet of Navibulgar from 1987 until 1994. At the end of 1994 he joined Bon Marine and until 2001 he was initially Manager of the Trade Department and subsequently Manager of the Container Agency Department. Nikolay Nenov Manager, Bon Marine Logistics Ltd., Member of the Board of Directors Date and place of birth: 16.06.62, Medven, Bulgaria Mr. Nenov graduated from the Naval Academy, Varna, gaining the qualifications of Naval Officer. His career has included positions as Naval officer, Commander of Antisubmarine Vessel and Chief Mate of a Container Vessel. In 1995 he joined the Offshore Support Department of Bon Marine S.A. and in 1999 he became Head of the Logistics Department of Bon Marine. Mr. Nenov is responsible for developing new company projects. Kostadin Yanev Member of the Board of Directors Date and place of birth: 06.07.48, Gotse Delchev, Bulgaria Mr. Yanev graduated from the University of Sofia, majoring in Nuclear Physics. He then attended both the Institute of Computer Techniques and the Technical University in Sofia, acquiring a PhD in Computer Science. He is currently a consultant for Company for Energy Savings JSCo., Sofia, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of several other companies, including Asarel-VAIT Coppertrage Gmbh., Linz, Austria; Sofia Energy Agency (SOFENA), Sofia; Ecozone Sofia JSCo., Sofia; Sofia Energy Consortium , Sofia and Asarel-Medet JSCo., Panagyurishte, Bulgaria. Penka Mihaleva Lawyer, Member of the Board of Directors Date and place of birth: 5 July 1965, Isperih, Bulgaria Mrs. Mihaleva completed her university studies in "Kliment Ohridski" University in Sofia. She specialized in taxation, trade law and problems, concerning the legislation of ports for public use. Member of the Board of Directors since 2005. Vanya Ivanova Financial Director, Member of the Board of Directors Date and place of birth: 30 September 1972, Varna, Bulgaria Miss Ivanova graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia in 1994 with a Master degree in Marketing and Management. She has also attended expert courses in Managerial accountancy and Corporate finance. Her accounting carrier began in 1995. Prior to her appointing as a Financial Director in Bon Marine Holding, she has consecutively occupied managerial positions in leading Bulgarian companies. Miss Ivanova became a member of the Board of Directors in 2005 and is responsible for maintaining the group's accounting policy in compliance with the State laws and International Financial Reporting Standards.
