Introduction One of the subsidiaries of COSCO Hong Kong Group, COSCO (HK) Property Limited is responsible for the Group's interest in property, hotel, and travel agency businesses spanning Hong Kong, Macau, mainland of China and Canada with total asset value of over US$ 500 million. The property projects under development include a prime 19-storey mixed used building at Area ZAPE Lot 6 in Macau. When completed in 2004, the building will offer 90 luxurious flats sizing from 1451 to 2214 square feet with over 80% of these units commanding full and unobstructed sea-views. The project recently completed by the Company is the COSCO Tower in the city of Jiangmen in Guangdong Province. This landmark development offers a gross area of over 1-million square foot in combined commercial and residential spaces. The investment properties managed by the Company include the Sheung Wan's COSCO Tower, the top floors in Wanchai's Sunshine Building, Wing Fung Building in Central, Yick Fung Building in Kennedy Town, Kwong Fung Terrace in the Western District and the major shopping plaza of COSCO Tower in Jiangmen.
