All selected seamen are at the age fewer than 55 for officers and fewer than 45 for ratings, bear STCW 78/95 certificates, have sea experience, good records and fluent English. Also we have a big base of cadets living in the Ukraine, who continue studying in Odessa State Marine Academy as well as in three Marine Colleges. No seafarer will be engaged in employment on board a vessel without close studying of Company Policy in preventing the use of the alcohol and drugs on board a vessel and actions preventing from the strangers appearance on board a vessel. Our work is based on selection of the best qualified seamen who are worthy for work for the foreign company. Working onboard a ship - no matter what position one may have - is a task of great responsibility. Our company has one objective only in this respect: The ship or its equipment must not be operated by crewmembers impaired by drugs or alcohol. To ensure that the above objective is fulfilled delivery of legitimate drugs is recorded and controlled so that all crewmembers are able to respond at any time to an emergency situation. The politic is to prohibit any consumption of alcohol on board the vessels. This prohibition applies for the vessel's crew as well as for any other persons being on board the vessel.
