OUR PROFILE AND OUR COMMITMENTS We are a somehow young Agency having born in 1990. Yet, we have soon been able to grow to a high level of reputation amongst our Principals and all throughout the Italian and international shipping world for our sound professionality, straightforwardness of approach and quality of performance. We have a neat, well balanced, aggressive organization: strong in marketing and sales, most qualified and cost conscious in port operations and cargo handling, very responsible and cristal guided in administration. A well staffed logistic department, cost and quality minded, strongly support our salesmen by making available most competitive inland tariffs for trucking and rail combined containers' carriage, point to point all throughout Italy, and port to port, in the Med area, through feeder services. All our departments are motivated and coordinated by a dynamic, very stimulating management. A most advanced EDI Center enables them to adequately respond to both owners' and shippers' several requirements: sales reporting and follow up, booking and planning, documentation, administration, inland logistic and container control. Our accuracy and timeliness, particularly for the two latter sectors, result in cost saving opportunity for the owner and equipment dependability for the cargo. We perform guided by a "total quality" principle, which we place at the top of our objectives, all throughout our organization together with a personal approach and dedication to all our customers. We have a smooth and effective performance in all the Company's departments, thanks to their high professionality and a well developed teamwork culture. We are fond of our work and of the esteem and support we are being reckoned from shippers' and receivers' side, where the competitiveness of quoted freights is not necessarily the dominant element of strength, first coming a good customer service. CONTAINER AND CONVENTIONAL LINER SERVICES Our main specialization is intermodal transport acting as Liner Agents for high ranking container and conventional carriers operating regular services on the main world sea-routes from Far East to North America. We are also present on the North-South and inter-Med routes, direct and by transhipments at Genoa from a first carrier to a second one with dedicated services to final destinations. Our sales teams, aggressive and marketing oriented, most knowledgeable on our foreign trades and their developing trends, are on a day to day, door to door, sale's action promoting and establishing direct personal contacts and dedicated service. We also operate on conventional and project cargo, offering to our customers full technical and logistic assistance. The high volume of handled containers, combined with that of our other controlled Agencies, allow us to offer most efficient and competitive truck-rail, single or combined, container carriage. An EDI centre, working on real time basis, is making spot-available cargo documentation and accurate daily container control reports. Freight and customer service departments are taking care of all shippers'-consignees' needs.
