The divisions of our company make high demands on us the production department as the central activity working for all areas of ATLAS Elektronik. Based on our production technologies and our competitive conditions, we have also secured our position as a fully accepted supplier on the market. Customer and market orientation is equally important to us both inside and outside the company. Our services are offered at competitive conditions on the market not only in terms of faithfulness to deadlines but also in technological and commercial terms. We react quickly and flexibly to the requirements of our customers and attach great importance to maintaining personal contact with our customers. The fulfillment of stringent quality requirements in a highly competitive market is the pre-condition for success. Amongst other things, our production meets the relevant requirements in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 and AQAP-110/AQAP-150. Our quality assurance procedures were recently reviewed and confirmed in accordance with the quality requirements of the German aerospace association BDLI QSF-B. Please contact us: production@atlas.de Quality rather than quantity Innovation, optimization of production processes, minimized investment risks, small optimized series and the reduction of expensive production peaks are all elements of our fundamental policy. And this naturally also applies to you! Our modular performance packages offer particularly smaller firms excellent potential for improving their position on the market. After all, we see ourselves as a production and development partner specifically also for medium-sized companies. This is also reflected by our close association with universities, engineering firms and patent attorneys. Simulation Stimulation Stimulation Test Areas and Standards Test Areas and Standards <<< <<< Electronic Assemblies Electronic Assemblies Component Assembly Component Assembly Mechanical Production Mechanical Production Processing of Plastics Processing of Plastics Calibration Calibration Environmental Simulation Environmental Simulation General Terms and Conditions of Purchase Stimulation The Environmental Simulation Center can be used not only for simulation, but also for stimulation. Stimulation - the environmental stress screening (ESS) - is used to detect hidden material and production faults which normally occur only after delivery of the products and their use, if at all. This is achieved by exposing complete units or parts thereof to extreme environmental conditions, such as considerable temperature variations, large vibrations and shocks. The load produced in this manner permits a specific detection of hidden faults. Optimum testing based on years of experience Appropriate screening requires an individual test program. After all, faults are not to be produced, but existing faults are to be detected. Therefore, standard data for a test program result from the load limits specified for the products. On the basis of these data, optimum test methods are developed in our Environmental Simulation Center. 100%-stimulation During 100% stimulation, not only samples, but all products screened. The so-called bathtub diagram shows that a relatively high number of failures occurs during the period when the product is first used, which results in high costs. During 100% screening, this critical phase will become the crucial period for all products. The result: Products having "survived" screening will then be ready for the market as expected by the customer.
