We also do Double-Chrome Plating as of September 2002! Piston Crowns are being tested as follows: *- Hydraulic test at pressure 20 kg/sq cm *- Crack detection test *- Microhardness electronic test 680 HV Cylinder Covers Before Reconditioning Reconditioned Cylinder Cover Cylinder Covers are being reconditioned in accordance with approved technologies that include the following: removing studs, sleeves etc, chemical & mechanical cleaning, crack detection, gouging and grinding of cracks, welding of cracks ; preheating, stress relieving, welding , final machining , assembling and pressure test. Inlet and Exhaust Valves Reconditioning Process Reconditioned Valves Valves and Valve Seats are being reconditioned in accordance with approved technologies that include the following: cleaning, inspection, crack detection,premachining and preheating,restoring to original size by automatic arc welding,final machining,dimension check, crack detection and hardness test. Main line of our business is reconditioning of spare parts for the Main and Auxiliary Engines.
