Overseas is part of L Lund Group Int AB (parent company) together with Freightman AB. Overseas was created as a regional division of Lund Group in mid 1980 s to be a separate shipbroker and liner agency division. During the years, Overseas has developed into a full logistic company, emphasizing on mass and sea transport. Overseas is still today owned and managed by one of the founders, Managing Director and Chairman Mr Leif Lund, through L Lund Group Int AB. Today, Overseas offer complete logistic solutions for land and seatransports from shippers' warehouse to receivers shelf. In March 2001, Overseas finalised certification efforts and obtained both Environmental Certificate as per ISO 14001 and Quality Certificate as per ISO 9002. In June 2002, Overseas upgraded quality certificate and was certified according to future new standard ISO 9001:2000, replacing all previous certificates latest Dec. 31 2003. Our services are ocean transport, point-point transports (door delivery and ex works), additional monitoring services of inbound shipments, container stuffing & stripping, oversized, container management & depot handling, cargo inspection, export documents & customs clearance, dangerous cargo management (EU Council Directive 96/35/EC), vessels port call expedition, and much more. If requested, Overseas can supervise and co-ordinate arrival, release and delivery of incoming consignments to Sweden. Arrival report back to loadport in cases when exporter so requires.
