Our core aim is to provide the maritime community, through authorised distributors, with an ENC service recognised for its quality, user-friendliness and overall contribution to marine safety and efficiency on a global level. The service has been in full operation since April 2002 and include today ENCs from ten nations: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Russia and Sweden. It also enables a HO to have a much better control and management of its own ENC information stored in the Primar Stavanger ENC database More info.... How to get access? The official ENC Service: vpn.primar.org (Only for signed up members of the Primar Stavanger RENC. Participating HO's, Distributors, etc.) A user account must be set up before the VPN Services can be used. Please complete and submit the registration form below to get login information together with a user manual and installation guide. (NOTE that all fields are mandatory). The VPN services will initially be made available to Hydrographic Offices and later made available for our Distributors. If any others are interested, please contact your national Hydrographic Office to request permission to access their data.
