In 1994, MAERSK MEXICO S.A. de C.V. was established and commenced independent operations in Mexico. At that time it started with only 13 employees. Nowadays, the company counts 81 employees in its Mexico City, Ports and Sales Offices. Since then, the organization has consistently shown impressive growth. This expansion has allowed activities to be diversified into other transportation-related business, such as container storage, railroad, leasing and trucking.
