GbR P&P Finanz GmbH, Meerbusch, owned 100 % by the GEBAB group which is specialized in ship financing. They are one of Germany's top five KG (limited partnership) financiers. Innovative Meerestechnik GmbH, Emden, owned 100 % by the Thyssen Nordseewerke GmbH, Emden, one of the leading German builders of container vessels and naval crafts. CSM D & Co. GbR is owned by Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd., Cyprus and Columbia Shipmanagement (Deutschland) GmbH, Hamburg. Columbia SHipmanagement is one of the leading shipmanagement companies in the world.
