Our company can offer you a complete crew, or a single crewmember, all ranks experienced on different types of vessels upon Principal s request. Absolutely all candidates possess certificates according to STCW 95 Convention. They have obtained good knowledge in lifeboat training, personal survival and fire fighting during their service on board. All candidates for employment complete a standard application form and are then interviewed. Certificates, references from previous employment, medical examination are carried out. Fitness for service is checked by Seamen s Hospital with standard form issuing certificate prior to joining a vessel. In order to maintain quality, all candidates are tested for their knowledge of the English language. TEMK Group Ltd works in co-operation with the biggest training and certifying school in Estonia Reval Maritime School (www.reval.ee). Reval Maritime School is only maritime educational organization in Estonia having certified ISO9001 quality standard system. Quality certificate has been issued by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. Reval Maritime School is the only training organization in Baltic states, able to provide for seafarers, ship owners and ship operators such a wide range of different training courses fully complying to IMO (International Maritime Organization)conventions (STCW and SOLAS) and standards (IMO Model Courses). Reval Maritime School has wide range of simulators and equipment provided by leading manufactures and unique gas fire fighting simulator. We are making travel arrangements for crew around the world to any port of any country.
