E-mail info@seapal.org Asian & European crew CARGO VESSELS Apart from our beginning with Burmese / Myanmar crew, we have been supplying other Asian crew over the past years and we have been doing very well with the Multi Asian Crew Management services and European crew. The Asian Crew consists of Burmese / Myanmar, Chinese, Filipinos, Indians, Sri Lankans and Indonesian for cargo vessels and the European crew are until now Georgians, Romanians, Latvian, Russian, Ukrainians and Montenegrins (Yugoslavs). CRUISE VESSELS Additionally, we have a pool of well-experienced crew consisting of both sexes who are nationals of Burma/Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam for Hotel and Food & Beverage (F&B) departments on board cruise ships. SECURITY PERSONNEL - SECURITY OFFICERS Moreover, we also have resources to supply security personnel on board. SERVICES We provide full and partial crew management services through our unique lumpsum crew management program. It will provide the principals and managers with long-term manpower recourse of a pool of qualified officers, engineers, ratings and highly disciplined hotel, food and beverage crew at a fixed cost either payable monthly or on a crew's contract basis. We are always aware of the demands in the market and are steadily negotiating with other nationalities to be included in our high quality concept. E-mail info@seapal.org Training COMPULSORY FOR ALL CREW It is compulsory for all our crews to undergo standardized training for relevant certifications with STCW 95 compliance prescribed as mandatory by the IMO White List and must follow a myriad of specific rules and regulations that have to be implemented as demanded by the IMO and our Crew Quality Assurance Program. In this respect we have been able to muster an unflagging enthusiasm for the benefit of our Principals, making sure our Principals get only the best. CRUISE VESSELS It is mandatory for all staff of cruise vessels to attend basic safety training courses, and successfully obtain certificates issued by Government Recognized Institutes. In addition, all crew must attend special courses for English proficiency; ship familiarization, safety training etc. and supplementary for all Food & Beverage crew guidelines towards Hygiene and Sanitation are regularly conducted through our arrangements. TRAINING FACILITIES In order to be in front of the development we have our own training facilities where we besides the professional training have English language courses.
