On the northern shore there is a submarine pipe-line 500m long and 15m deep for the discharge of clean products and LPG to shore tanks. A tanker drops both anchors and moors to buoys with 7 lines each 220m long. The 12 pipeline is hoisted on the starboard side. Berthing and unberthing is permitted 24 hours a day. Bunker and fresh water supply is not available. The terminal is owned by Compania de Petroleos de Chile S.A. COPEC. Max LOA permitted 190m. Max draft permitted 11.4m. Mooring requirements: two anchors with at least 10 shackles each. Four aft mooring lines of 200m. each one (manila or nylon).
