Company's Profile The Company's History The Joseph Nadal and Company was founded in 1927 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti's capital and main port, as the local representation agency of commercial products and of maritime and air liners. Through the years and thanks to its growing success, the company diversified its business in manufacturing factories and in distribution companies of pharmaceutical goods and food products. In 1983, Joseph Nadal S.A. became a limited company and took the name of Les Entreprises Joseph Nadal S.A. : Nadalsa. After many years of reflection and market analysis, Jean-Claude Nadal, son of Joseph Nadal, actual President of Nadalsa, strategically decided to refocus the company activities mainly towards its core business of maritime transport services and International Freight forwarding, selling off the unrelated activities in order to become exclusively a full service ship agent and logistics company. Today, to better serve its clients, Nadalsa has successfully expanded its offerings into related areas such as terminal operations and warehousing, cargo and vessel surveying, as well as maritime consulting.
