Condaria is a leading manufacturer of marine air-conditioning systems and components, suppliers to most Italian, European and worldwide shipyards, with a wide range of equipment from 7,000 to 960,000 Btu/h. Custom designed systems are the specialty of Condaria, over one hundred large super yachts have been equipped since 1965 with special custom made units. Our production includes small self-contained or split units, as well as water chiller/heat pump units and room terminal units (fan-coil type). Condaria has been operating in the fieldof marine air-conditioning since 1965. The former two-people company has rapidly expanded into a leading company in its activity, employing over 35 people in the self-managed production workshop and a staff of 7 in the technical and commercial offices. Condaria systems are well known all over the world and are specified by most naval engineering and designer offices. Also Condaria is actively operating in manufacturing and installing air-conditioning plants on workboats and Navy units. Six patrol boat, built in Italy are equipped with Condaria systems. Condaria equipment is installed on board patrol boats built in France. This non-exhaustive list includes the cooperation to in-progress projects for patrol. Condaria is capable of manufacturing marine air-conditioning equipment of every size, down to 1/2 Hp direct expansion units and up to 1.000.000 BTU/h water chillers. Apart from the standard production, Condaria can build any type of apparatuses, i.e. custum made air handling units and self-contained air conditioners. Condaria has a standard line of air handlers, built to marine standards and using corrosion-proof materials as stainless steel, peraluman and PVC. Manufacturing facilities are modern and well equipped: proven production planning methodes assure the achievement of on-time deliveries. All materials and goods are carefully checked at workshop during manufacture, while final performance tests are carried out by skilled technicians. Condaria headquarters and production facilities are located in the north business district of Milan, very convenient for communication and shipping in Italy and Europe. A large number of service centers are operating all over the World to assist sales, installation and maintenance of Condaria plants. Shipyards and sailors alike know from experience they can rely on Condaria systems for performance, engineering and customer support. Condaria was born and has developed in the very special field of middle capacity air conditioning-systems for yachts. The particular technology, and the "know how" acquired in several years of presence on this market, led Condaria to develop a line of system components specially designed for use on marine units. The compact dimensions, the safety of operation, the quality of material and the quitness are the elements that form the succes of this line. The installation of these devices, designed for marine conditions and very narrow spaces, avoid those inconveniences that are the main reasons of the malfunction of systems not designed for yachts. The systems, that Condaria could eventually supply on a "turn-key" basis, are completed by customary accessories as circulation pumps, piping and air distribution devices. Even accessories have been designed for use on marine units, from the point of wiev of used materials and very compact dimensions. Upon request, we can supply systems complete with fully automatic controls, pneumatic, electric or electronic type. The designing of each Condaria product includes a costant development schedule, to cope with ever changing requirements, with a strong accent on researching new products. Manufacturing facilities are modern and well equipped; proven production planning methods assure the achievement of on-time deliveries. At installation stage, Condaria engineers can supervise or assist in commissioning.
