As part of our e-business strategy, the TT Club offers web-enabled claims notification, e-Claims. In addition, the Club's online claims analysis system, ClaimsTrac, allows customers to manage claims information for the benefit of their business. The main disciplines within TT Club, underwriting and claims handling, are supported by a team of risk management specialists who bear out the fact that TT offers more than just standalone insurance. The risk management team offers a wide range of advice on risk mitigation and control as well promoting best practice within the transport and logistics industry. A comprehensive range of risk management and loss prevention literature, produced by the Club, is available to TT customers. As part of an ongoing two year programme the Club is currently undertaking a customer satisfaction survey. The purpose of the survey is to monitor levels of satisfaction with TT products and service. While the results so far are consistently good, we are grateful to our customers' support in this initiative, which assists us in continuing to improve upon services levels as a whole. Buenos Aires.
