Cargo Solutions Limited was formed in 1999 as the vehicle for a management buy out of ESIS International Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of the international commercial insurance company ACE (formally CIGNA International); ESIS International acquired from ACE in early 2000 Acquired corporate entity with existing operations in 4 countries and dormant branches in several key global locations Focussed capability developed in response to client needs Strong revenue growth generated through quality response to client needs The founders all have an extensive background in international commercial insurance, there is also extensive practical cargo experience within the group with key personnel have been master mariners. Our Enterprise Philosophy Cargo Solutions provides easy access to experienced "hands-on" project cargo and cargo risk management consultancy services to its customers around the world. Through the fusion of technology and experience, Cargo Solutions will create an interactive cargo risk management process, where the development and prompt distribution of knowledge will reduce risk and positively impact our customers' business. Our goal is to enable customers to quickly identify, analyse and positively manage cargo risk throughout the transit chain, be it from initial product development to ultimate delivery, from pre-shipment inspection to post transit loss investigation. We, Cargo Solutions, commit our knowledge, experience and know-how to the improvement of our customers' business. Development We have over the last few year worked upon developing a significant global networked founded on the provision of services through regional centres to provide access to our global network whilst maintaining regional contact and management taking into consideration language, time and cultural needs of our clients. Our regional centres are based in London (UK & Europe), New York (North America), Santiago (South and Central America) and Singapore (Asia). Our London / UK operations are the corporate headquarters and also provide access to services in the Middle East & Africa. 2004 will see a focus on our core businesses of Project Cargo and Cargo Risk Management services, the latter being complemented by the ability to provide a range of security services.
